Fair use of social proof

You may show only genuine activity and testimonials you have permission to use. Sending fabricated events, editing testimonials to add claims, or using feedback beyond the permissions a customer gave is not allowed.

Plans and allowances

Allowances are pooled per organization and reset monthly (trial allowances cover the whole trial). When one runs out, that work pauses until it resets; we don't charge overages. Upgrades apply immediately without resetting usage; downgrades apply at renewal.

Included Social access

Every plan includes a Social workspace. Its limits follow your ProofLoom plan.

Payments and refunds

Paid access starts after the payment provider confirms payment. Refund terms will be published here before online checkout opens.

Service

We work to keep ProofLoom available but offer no contractual SLA at launch. If ProofLoom is unavailable, the widget stays quiet and your website keeps working.
