Data deletion

Businesses

The organization owner can export data and schedule deletion from Settings. Deletion happens after a 30-day grace period you can cancel. It removes websites, events, campaigns, testimonials and the Social workspaces; your login remains. Billing records are kept as the law requires.

People who gave a testimonial

Use the private withdrawal link you received after submitting. Your feedback stops appearing on the website, new social posts can't be made from it, and drafts are flagged. Posts already published on social networks must be removed by the business; they're notified.

Website visitors

Visit identifiers are deleted or aggregated within 30 days. You can also clear your browser's site data.

Backups

Backups expire on a documented schedule; we can't selectively erase data from immutable backups before then.
